Founder of The Seed PNW | Intuitive Holistic Health Practitioner

Amanda is a somatic healer, shamanic Reiki master practitioner, sacred medicine ambassador, and creator of Somatic Sounds. With a background in forensic science and sociology, she bridges neuroscience, embodiment, and ancient wisdom to create trauma-informed healing spaces rooted in safety, sovereignty, and self-trust.

Through careful study, preparation, and microdosing, she experienced profound nervous system regulation, clarity, and emotional restoration. Tara now dedicates her work to education, safe use, and accessible knowledge around Amanita, facilitating workshops throughout the retreat.
