Amanda Marie Keshner is an intuitive holistic health practitioner, community builder, and the founder of The Seed PNW, an organically growing global holistic health nature retreat located in Mason County, Washington.

Born and raised in the vibrant energy and complexity of New York City, seasoned during her years in West Virginia, and now rooted in the forests of the Pacific Northwest, Amanda’s life path has been shaped by community, resilience, curiosity, and a deep calling to support others.

Amanda is an intuitive guide and facilitator who supports individuals through peer support, sacred earth medicine preparation and integration, and Somatic Sounds, a frequency-based sound journey infused with Reiki designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and intuition.

She is a proud graduate of West Virginia University, where she studied forensic and investigative sciences, sociology, and criminology. Her academic path reflects a lifelong fascination with understanding both human behavior and the deeper systems that shape our lives.

Raised by a single mother and surrounded by strong, independent women in the heart of New York City, Amanda grew up learning resilience, independence, and leadership at an early age. As the oldest of four sisters, she naturally stepped into the role of protector, guide, and leader within her family and communities. Supporting others has always been a natural expression of who she is.

In 2016, Amanda launched her first brand, Art Van Grow, a storytelling and creative platform created to inspire people to live authentic lives. Through vulnerable storytelling, art, and travel, she shared her own journey of self-growth, healing, and discovery.

In 2018 she transformed that vision into a living experience by building an interactive moving art installation and tiny home on wheels. She traveled across the United States raising awareness for sustainable and affordable living through the tiny house and minimalist movement.

In 2019 Amanda began planting roots in Mason County, Washington, where she started developing her second brand, The Seed: A Conscious Community. The idea was born from a deeply personal experience of not always feeling seen, heard, loved, or accepted in other communities. Amanda set out to create a different kind of space: one rooted in authenticity, accountability, education, and real human connection.

Through The Seed, her mission has been to support people on their self-growth journeys and help them reconnect with their authentic expression through community gatherings, education, and collaboration with trained and vetted practitioners. After years of personal initiations, education, and hands-on experience supporting others, Amanda launched her third brand in 2024, Intuitive Holistic Health Services, allowing her to expand both the reach and the depth of the support she offers individuals and communities.

In the summer of 2025, Amanda and her dream team officially launched the nonprofit The Seed PNW, with the mission of continuing to grow the retreat space, expand holistic education, and provide healing experiences to a global audience. A core part of this vision is creating accessible pathways to healing. One of the long-term goals of The Seed PNW is to provide full scholarships for domestic violence survivors, trauma survivors, first responders, and veterans so they can access holistic health services and healing experiences.

Looking toward the future, Amanda’s vision for The Seed PNW includes the development of a sustainable neighborhood built around community arts and sciences, nature-based education, holistic health services, affordable housing, and meaningful work opportunities aligned with individuals’ unique gifts and human design.

Amanda’s work blends intuition, lived experience, education, and community leadership. Her astrology reflects this balance: a Virgo sun grounded in service, a Scorpio moon rooted in emotional depth and transformation, and a Pisces rising that moves through the world with intuition and compassion. As a 4/6 Generator in Human Design, her path is centered on community connection, lived wisdom, and building networks that support collective growth.

The Weird, Wild & Wonderful: Wombman’s Nature Retreat is a direct expression of Amanda’s journey and the integration of all her work, bringing together community, embodiment, healing, creativity, and authentic expression in one intentional and transformative experience.
