Creator & Founder of The Seed PNW, Forensic Investigations, Sociologist, Intuitive Holistic Health Practitioner, Author, Artist, Musician, and Multi-Faceted Creative & Entrepreneur from Staten Island, NY
amanda marie
Amanda Marie Keshner is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, author, artist, musician, and community builder devoted to root-cause transformation, somatic wellness, consciousness expansion, and soul-rooted expansion. Born and raised in Staten Island, NY, and seasoned in West Virginia, Amanda spent years building a rich tapestry of lived experience—building and living in three custom tiny houses on wheels, traveling across 37 U.S. states and 9 countries, and promoting sustainable, intentional living. In 2016, she received a powerful third-eye vision to establish a sanctuary for connection and growth. Following that inner compass to a quiet, tree-covered hillside in Mason County, Washington, she transformed five raw acres into The Seed PNW: a nature-based retreat center and conscious community dedicated to authentic self-expression.
A graduate of West Virginia University, Amanda holds dual degrees in Forensic Science and Sociology, bringing the keen eye of a forensics investigator and the deep systemic awareness of a sociologist to her ministry work and intuitive offerings. Her energetic signature perfectly mirrors her cosmic blueprint: a practical, meticulous Virgo Sun grounds her systems and structures; an intense, dark-goddess Scorpio Moon dives fearlessly into shadow work, emotional depth, and complex trauma; and an empathetic, mystical Pisces Rising serves as a divine channel for vibrational medicine and spiritual support. As a 4/6 Generator (Role Model), Amanda embodies her teachings through authentic lived experience, holding safe, trauma-informed spaces where individuals can process, heal, and recalibrate unapologetically.
Amanda takes an integrative, root-cause approach to holistic health, believing that unconditional love and unconditional support are the ultimate catalysts for wellness. She evaluates the whole person—physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual—reminding every client that they are extraordinary beings, not a diagnosis.
Her multidisciplinary toolkit includes:
-
Intuitive Holistic Health & Ministry Services: Custom wellness plans, root-cause inquiry, and one-on-one peer support blending science, spirit, and intuitive insight.
-
Certifications & Specializations: Washington State Certified Peer Specialist (CPC), Certified Recovery Coach (RCA), Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner, and Entheogen Preparation & Integration Practitioner.
-
Somatic & Energetic Modalities: Creator of Somatic Sounds—a transformative vibrational healing experience bridging intuitive movement, frequency therapy, and sound recalibration—alongside dedicated support for psychedelic integration and psychic development.
-
Published Author: Author of MycoMap: Intentional Rewiring, Remembering, and Rewilding, a transformative guide designed to support individuals in neural rewiring, soul remembrance, and reconnecting with the wild intelligence of nature and self.
Whether curating large-scale community events, channeling frequency through music and art, or supporting individuals with preparation and integration for sacred medicine journeys, Amanda serves as an empowering mirror for others. Her mission is to guide you back to your own inner magick—empowering you to become your own alchemist.
"Authenticity IS your superpower. You are a person, not a disease—and you hold the innate wisdom to heal yourself."

Mycelium Member of The Seed PNW, Resident Emotional Support Animal (ESA) & Connection Ambassador
leo
At 20 pounds of pure fluff, gentle intuition, and hypoallergenic sweetness, Leo is a vital part of the healing team at The Seed PNW. A 3-year-old Poodle-Terrier mix, Leo was raised and socialized specifically to hold warm, non-judgmental space for human hearts. Whether you are navigating emotional processing, settling into a sound experience, or simply seeking a grounding presence, Leo is available for one-on-one sessions, quiet cuddles, and dedicated emotional support.
Leo’s training focuses on deep attunement, environmental calm, and gentle touch. With a naturally empathetic demeanor and a poodle-mix intelligence, he instinctively recognizes when an individual needs space, a resting chin, or warm lap pressure to help regulate their nervous system.
The Science Behind Leo’s Support
Interacting with an emotional support animal is more than just heartwarming—it creates immediate, measurable physiological shifts in the human body:
-
Neurochemical Recalibration: Physical contact with a gentle animal triggers a release of oxytocin (the bonding and feeling-safe hormone) while significantly dropping levels of cortisol (the body's primary stress hormone).
-
Nervous System Regulation: Stroking Leo’s soft coat lowers heart rate and blood pressure, shifting your nervous system out of "fight-or-flight" and into a relaxed "rest-and-digest" state.
-
Deep Pressure Therapy (DPT): At a compact 20 pounds, Leo provides gentle weight on your lap or chest, using natural pressure therapy to reduce feelings of panic, anxiety, and sensory overload.
-
Trauma-Informed Grounding: Animals offer unconditional, non-verbal acceptance. Leo acts as a bio-feedback anchor, helping bring your focus away from racing thoughts and back into the present moment.
Whether he is quietly keeping watch during your integration session or curled up on your lap during a retreat, Leo’s gentle spirit helps bridge the gap between mind, body, and emotional peace.
Leo is available for cuddle support during sessions, workshops, and retreats upon request.
