Amanda offers comprehensive and empathetic support to individuals, leveraging her extensive background in science, sociology, and her intuitive insights. She crafts personalized wellness plans that integrate mindfulness practices and valuable resources, fostering connections to alternative healing modalities. Amanda works both one-on-one with clients and facilitates group workshops, guiding them on their journeys toward authentic expression and self-growth. In addition to these services, she leads Somatic Sounds, a unique vibrational healing experience, and provides specialized support for psychedelic integration.

Amanda will be your host for the weekend and will be facilitating Community Connection, Shamanic Drumming, Mycelium Maniac: Microdosing workshop, and Somatic Sounds. She will also be available for peer support and reiki to help support integration and available for a few hours both Saturday and Sunday for 1:1 sessions of your choice.

Carmen is the founder of Ayanina Healing, a somatic healing practice centerered around somatic coaching. She offers trauma-informed support and healing of the mind, body, soul and spirit through the power of Conscious Breathwork. She combines all of her spiritual gifts to create individualized experiences in a group setting, to help people connect with their inner voice and courageously ask for what they need to thrive. Carmen is dedicated to creating a supportive, heart-centered space where people deeply drop in and expand.

Carmen is also a yoga instructor and tarot reading and will blessing Medicated & Educated with workshops all weekend. Carmen will be kicking the weekend off with some Conscious Breathwork. She will also dive into the education around the sacred earth medicines, Sananga + Hapé: Indigenous Plant Medicines. She will start saturday morning off with a Yoga Nidra workshop and Sunday she will be teaching a partnered tantric yoga workshop. Throughout the weekend Carmen will have a booth where she will provide 1:1 support, reiki, and tarot readings. Carmen will be available all weekend for peer to peer support.

From the first seed, Cadel has been an active participant and member at The Seed PNW. Cadel has poured his heart into this project since 2019. From pulling Salal berry roots out of the now community spaces, to creating CAD designs for our future infrastructure, Cadel always shows up. Through his years of being an active participant on his healing and recovery journey, Cadel has learned a lot of tools about mental health, nervous system regulation, complex trauma healing, psychedelic assisted therapies, and processing of psychedelics.

Cadel will be doing a workshop on Sunday around The History & Extraction of Jurema Preta: DMT The Spirit Molecule. He will also be available for 1:1 peer to peer support throughout the retreat. Cadel will also be presenting with The Seed PNW and you can find him throughout the weekend at The Seed PNW Art booth, which will feature our members art, books, music, and our vision for The Seed PNW's development. 

Nathan is an active member and board member at The Seed PNW. He is the founder of Alchemical Sound Design, a business where he took his passion of music and experience in the music scene and turned it into his life. Nathan is a music producer, Llyrcist and is a drums & percussion player. He also does film scoring, recording, and mixing. He has a well-versed background in collaborations and productions.

Tara’s journey with Amanita began in Alaska and led her through deep personal healing from depression and loss of purpose. Through careful study, preparation, and microdosing, she experienced profound nervous system regulation, clarity, and emotional restoration. Tara now dedicates her work to education, safe use, and accessible knowledge around Amanita, facilitating workshops throughout the retreat.

Since her early teenage years, Jennifer has always been intrigued by the human body and mind, seeking to better understand the form and function of our incredibly complex and resilient bodies and to assist in creating positive changes and healing with her clients. She began her quest reading about a wide variety of spirituality and metaphysics, trying to comprehend the energetic nature of humanity as well as everything surrounding her, which lead to a deep appreciation of life and nature. After graduating from Shelton High School in 1992, Jennifer attended SPSCC with a focus on the basic sciences and earned her Associate of Arts which she transferred to Evergreen State College. While at Evergreen, Jennifer studied environmental science with a focus on water quality and graduated from there in 1998.

Due to severe staff cutbacks in local state agencies at that time, like Ecology and Fish and Wildlife, she was having difficulty getting her environmental career going and decided to turn her interests to learning more about helping people. So she signed up for massage school at Ashmead Massage School and graduated with honors in 2001. Since 2001, Jennifer has been a private-practice Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Lomilomi Hawaiian style massage and healing arts. In 2010, Jennifer became interested in Jin Shin Jyutsu both to compliment massage therapy and to help heal her own health projects (JSJ does not refer to health issues as “problems” because of the negative connotation, instead we call them “projects” because projects can be worked on with positive results). After realizing the tremendous benefits of JSJ, she went on to further study and got certified in the Art and now provides JSJ to attain amazing success rates helping clients with peace of mind, body, and spirit - and Jennifer teaches clients simple JSJ tools to help themselves STAY balanced after a treatment.

Jennifer will be offering a workshop on the principals of Jin Shin Jyutsu® and demonstrate some tools to start practicing on yourself. Jennifer will also be available Friday - Sunday at her own booth offering 1:1 healing sessions. These sessions will be out of pocket and are not included in the cost of the ticket.

Jennifer will be offering discounted sessions at $40 for a half hour and $60 for a full hour. She will be available at her booth Friday starting noon until 2:30 PM and 4:30 - 6:30 PM. She will be available Saturday from 1 - 2 PM and again from 4 - 6 PM. She will be available Sunday 1 - 2 PM and again from 4 - 5 PM. Cash is preferred but other payments can be arranged.

SIL3NCE aka Sean Castanon has been DJing since 2018. Originally getting his start in the historic and charming Savannah, GA, he's played events and venues practically from east to west. He now resides in the great PNW and calls Olympia his home. His DJ styles range from experimental deep dubstep to the rhythmic basslines of house music. You never know what you'll get with a SIL3NCE set, so come with an open mind. The aim is to take the listener on a journey, to explore the depths of sound, and to guide the soul to a higher vibration. His song selections are meticulously picked with sounds that represent his vibration, a vibration that travels from the DJ, through the DJ gear, to the sound system, and onto the dance floor; essentially connecting to those who lend an open ear. Jessica Lynn Pepper is a Shamanic Practitioner and Spirit Drum apprentice. She is certified as a Shamanic Reiki Master, as well as, Advanced Pranic Healing practitioner and Yoga instructor. Jessica will be facilitating Pranic Healing.

She will introduce self-healing and energetic cleansing practices focused on improving Health, Finances, Relationships, and Spirituality in an active 45-minute session on Saturday.

Jessica will also have a booth Friday-Sunday with earth-based art, expressive art, and other homemade art.
