LIABILITY WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF CLAIMS
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in one of our events or offerings, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that this event takes place on natural, undeveloped land at The Seed PNW in Matlock, Washington. I recognize that natural environments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, insects, plants, wildlife, fire hazards, and other natural or man-made conditions that may result in injury or harm.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my personal safety, health, and well-being while on the land, and for any risk of injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during my participation.
I agree that The Seed PNW, The Seed: A Conscious Community LLC, and Amanda Marie Keshner, including all facilitators, volunteers, staff, and affiliates, are not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, or damage to my person or property, including items left in vehicles, campsites, or community spaces.
I understand that I am solely responsible for securing my personal belongings and valuables.
I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and capable of safely participating in activities that may include walking on uneven terrain, standing, sitting, gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, sound journeys, journaling, and other embodiment or somatic practices. I understand that these practices may involve physical, emotional, or energetic experiences, and I take full responsibility for listening to my body and honoring my limits.
I acknowledge that participation is voluntary, that I have voice and choice at all times, and that I may opt out of any activity without explanation or penalty.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Seed PNW, The Seed: A Conscious Community LLC, and Amanda Marie Keshner from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
By electronically signing or checking the agreement box, I affirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms above.
